plastering cashie

Looking for someone to come and plaster over a stippled ceiling and also plaster 4 interior walls. Ceiling is ghastly stipple stuff, but sound enough to be plastered over. In one corner there is a hole where the logburner flue used to go thru which we have patched with gib. Room ceiling measures approx 4x5metres. Walls are lathe and plaster that we have removed wallpaper off so basically just a skim, but theres a few holes aswell. 2 are full walls measure about 2.4x4m and the other 2 walls have big windows and doors in so very little surface to be plastered. Would like either a cash price for the lot (labour plus materials), or a labour per hour cash price (and we'll get the materials on our trade acc). You would be paid upon completion of the job, and the wife would cook you scones and provide tea and coffee. In the picture it is the room with the couches in it, not the room in the foreground, sorry about crap quality, camera has gone flat and its the only one I could find.
