Build Work - New Kitchen & EQC fixes

We have a job that requires removing three internal walls, blocking up an exterier doorway in a brick and clad house and raising part of a wooden floor to incorporate an exisiting external laundry into the kitchen. We need one corner window to be blocked up (brick and clad) and a skylight installed. We then need the rimu floor fixed to replace all patch work through the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The ceilings will need to be redone and walls need to be fixed in the lounge, dining room, kitchen, hallway, toilet and three bedrooms. Paintwork needs to be done for all affected areas inside. The outside cladding has some cracks and needs to be fixed around the house, then the house needs to be repainted outside. This is a single story house. Interior walls are lath and plaster, ceilings at the moment are stucco but would like to be plain when finished.
