A difficult place to plaster and paint. Access was not easy because of road works and lots of parking student cars. Issues by the tenant over the key for access didn't help either. With humid wet weather the walls took quite a long time to dry. His craftmanship was good and the finished job is great. His quote was fair and he stuck to it.
