I am wanting a rough estimate of the cost of preparing bare gib walls and ceiling to a paintable standard. The room is 5 x 4 mt with a ceiling that slopes from roughly 2.2 to 2.7. I will be doing the painting. At this stage I am only preparing the costings but anyone kind enough to reply will be first on my list of tradesmen. All estimates are and will remain confidential.
