Exterior Plaster Repair/Matching
Job description
Repairs will be required on exterior wall along length of 5.1 meter deck which is being recovered in butynol. There is a ranch slider being removed and reinstalled, and cladding either side of ranch slider will be cut approx 300mm to 400mm high. (Approx. 1 meter on either side of slider ) After ranch slider is re-installed and cladding substrate re-instated exterior plaster repairs will be required. No painting required. Old style plaster finish (40+ years), a perfect match is not anticipated or expected, but a similar style splatter finish is desired. Heat pump and hand rails will be removed untill after plaster repair. Expected date for plaster work is from ---

Turned up when he said he would. Mark was happy to do a small job and charged very fairly rather than sticking it to ya as some people do for small jobs. Got a perfect match on a small patch repair, extremely happy with his workmanship
