Repair cracks/create control joints and seal penetrations

A recent building inspection has highlighted that there are 3 cracks in the exterior cladding which need to be professionally repaired. Some of the cracking may relate to control joints, or where control joints should have been implemented. Due to the construction type these repairs need to be completed by a LBP with an appropriate PS3 to be provided. There are also come pipes and cables penetrating the exterior cladding which require to be sealed around to prevent wind driven moisture getting in behind the cladding. Work to include painting to match existing - colour is known.
