Building a wine cellar under the stairs which is currently made of bare concrete blocks: 355 x 170 x 215 high. I need the following 5 things done: 1. insulating walls installed of R2.6 (5”/120mm of pink Batts or 3”/75mm of high density Dow SM styrofoam). This means a stud wall made of 150x50 studs for batts or 100x50 plus 30mm styrofoam with R1.8 of pink batts. They can be glued and battened on the inside of the wall but the walls and ceiling need to be clad in plywood, plaster or moisture resistant GIB. It needs to have something to screw the racks to, such as 12mm CD Ply (vertically) over the horizontally installed DOW SM. 2. Vapour barrier of continuous plastic sheet (125 microns thick, Rhino Guard) around the outside of the insulation and under the carpet (pre-existing). 3. Door must have weatherstripping added 4. Ventilation duct installed to outside 5. Racks (pre-made) screwed into place
