3 bedroom summerhill stone unit. Job involes some bricklaying and epoxy work but most is plastering and painting. roughly 300 to 400m2 is a quick tally up from repair strategy. Unit is vacant so start is as soon as get approval from eqc. Would prefer one contractor to take on whole job and deal with eqc. Carpets are being replaced separately so don't have to worry about damage to them.
