2x Shower Ceiling Plaster Repairs

Main bathroom: Shower ceiling has a central light and the gib around it has started to rot. Gib and paint needs to be repaired. Refer photos. Ensuite: Ceiling gib corner tape has recently lifted along one wall (approx 2m long). This ensuite was renovated only a few months ago so I think the gib underneath should be ok. Tape needs to be re-fixed and paint touched up. Refer photos.
