Help restore this Plain Jane.

Hallway, 6m has new plasterboard on top third (3m stud) and requires plastering. Dining area, approx 16sqm, requires plastering of new board in one corner (3 new boards), plus a 1.5m high x 2m wide x .6m deep alcove, plus patches on a second wall (2x 40cm sq holes) and old light fittings (ceiling). Living area: plaster two large skylights recently installed, (lean-to ceiling). Bedroom, plaster new wardrobe, new door and part wall where a double door has been enclosed. Work to be commenced late Sept/ early October. Date to be confirmed shortly. Reliability and timing is important as our chippie (father-in-law) is in town for a set period.
