Job description
I have a targeted reclad home in Orakei. The areas not reclad need work. I need a builder to plaster exterior walls where cracks and nail heads are around 3 aluminium windows and miters to prevent leaks causing high moisture reading inside the home. There are 3 rain-heads and parapets that need sealing around edges. Internal walls in 3 rooms need opening and assessing for moisture damage =4 areas possibly no more than 1 sm2 each area, fixed if damaged by moisture and then re-gibbed. There are 3-4 small holes in the roofing iron that need fixing. There are 3 small areas about the size of a dinner plate that need assessing for high moisture readings these are near rain heads which may be the problem. The butynol around the drain on the roofing needs cleaning and checking. I have a building report outlining the areas to repair. They are small area's but maybe about 12 different spots needing attentions. This may suit 3 contractors working separately a builder and roofer/water-proofer and exterior plasterer. I need this done ASAP. Thanks
