Ceiling repair

Roof leak caused resultant water damage to the ceiling. Open plan kitchen, dining & living room area: 1. Remove the damaged plasterboard ceiling lining section and replace with new. (including the Gib-Cove cornice and replace if required) 2. Remove and replace the ceiling insulation if damaged. Plasterer 1. Plaster the new ceiling lining to level 4 finish. 2. Plaster new wall linings to level 4 finish. 3. Square stop plastering of the external wall corner. 4. Supply and install new 90mm Gib-Cove cornice. Painting 1. Prepare, prime, and paint the ceiling (44 sqm). 2. Prepare, prime, and paint the Gib-Cove cornice. 3. Prepare, prime, and paint the walls. Remove all trade dust and debris. Ensure floor is protected at all times. Prevent excessive dust during repair.
