Drywall repair and paint

Hi there, We are selling our 1 bedroom apartment unit in Auckland CBD. We had a plumber in to look at our plumbing who made 5 holes in our drywall in our wardrobe. The largest one is about 300mm wide, rest are a bit smaller. We would like these holes patched up and painted over. We also have some paint cracking in the bathroom ceiling due to moisture that we would like touched up. As we are selling, we need the area near the repair to be clean - no dust or debris left on the carpet/bathroom floor please. I have photos that I can send through if necessary for the quote.
