Repair concrete render and cracks in brick wall

We're getting the house ready to sell and looking to make some overdue repairs : (1) cracks in rendered concrete block wall caused by tree roots (tree removed 12 months ago) and patio edging where the render has fallen off; and (2) cracks in brickwork (looks like previous owner tried to fill one of these with mastic?!) This work needs to be completed by Friday 9 July.

Hi rob here ,I have been plastering in the industry for 25 years from skim coating old walls to make them look new again where wall paper has been stripped, to brand new gib board to a level 4 paint finish, I also can plaster over block and brick work,and spent several yrs working as painter, any plaster work needing to be done I can do no problem,
