Skimming Walls

Hi, I am removing wallpaper and filling in holes & most imperfections on the walls in my house. I am looking for an experienced plasterer to skim over the top to give a nice smooth finish that I can then paint onto.My house is approx 98sqm. 2 bedrooms, dining, lounge, kitchen bathroom & toilet. If you could let me know how much you would potentially charge for this and approx how long you think that it would take. Property is not available for quoting until next week. Walls only. Property is located in Mt Albert, by Chamberlain golf course.
