Exterior solid plastering over existing plastered HotBloc masonry house

The ground level of our Firth HotBloc Masonry home currently has a undulating solid plaster effect. We want this to be hand re-plastered with a smooth finish. Area is three sides of the house and total approx 18.7 metres x 2.6 metre height (48.5m2). The three walls have windows and doors in them. Only tradesmen with extensive experience in this type of solid plastering please.
