New bathroom

Hi - I'm wanting to renovate my little bathroom (aprox 3.5 square meters) late July. Jobs required to complete this are: - removing old shower/toilet/vanity - waterproof gib & paint - connect to mains water (for high pressure) - may require new water cylinder? - fixture of new shower cubicle & attachments - fixture of new toilet - requires new drainage from side plumbing to centre/underfloor - electric towel heater to be attached (connection already there) - new lighting including fan/heater which will require new wiring - sanding/striping old kauri floors and white-washing - painting Ideally I would like someone to oversee the whole project.
