Skimming of small entrance lobby
Job description
I have a small entrance room I require skimmed. Top layer of wallpaper and all loose bits have been removed. The walls are 2700 high and width info as follows: 2 walls are 1680 wide. One is full flat wall with no intrusions. The opposite one has a power switch board and surround in it which won’t need to be skimmed, that area is 600 x 600. The other two walls are 1920 wide. One wall has the internal door in the centre which, including skirting is 930 x 2050. The other wall has two doors in it which are 1010x 2080 and 760 x 2060 ( so mostly just the top area and thin area between the doors that needs skimming). Finally the ceiling which is in reasonable condition already but is 1680 x 1920 (less the cornice).

I was very impressed with DMS and would happily recommend to friends. They were straight on to providing a quote and then scheduling the job without us having to wait weeks (always difficult with tradies). The contractor also left the place reasonably tidy with vacuuming most of the sanding dust clean so left little for us to tidy up before we got on to the next part. A couple of small patches near edges needed to be tidied up but overall, good quality and satisfied with the result.
