Stopping and plastering of one room: walls and ceiling.

I need a room stopped and plastered. The location is in Avondale, Auckland. Please note that this room was gibbed over 30 years ago, but never ever plastered. Long, long story. My father's enthusiasm for DIY waned as he got older and he left my mother with a half-finished home. (including three rooms that either aren't gibbed or plastered) Thanks to Builderscrack we are encouraging her to get jobs done bit by bit and this job is likely to lead to more for the successful contractor. We need this one done reasonably urgently as we have someone moving into the house with her. I have attached photos to give you an idea of what is involved. We know that the gibbing wasn't perfect and that we're not going to end up with a perfect looking room. We just want to make it habitable ASAP. I have photographed the room to give you an idea of the state of the gib. The room was once completely covered in posters, so there was sellotape on the gib - put up about 30 years ago by one of my brothers and removed about two years ago.
