Small rental house needs wall paper removed, walls plastered where needed to improve finish in places (to a modest standard only), then walls painted, along with ceilings and windows. Windows will need a good sand first. House is small 3 bedroom place, ex state, 2.4 ceilings, total house 99 sq m. No need to paint bathroom and toilet and doors/skirtings in all rooms are polyurethaned, so no paint needed on those - just walls, ceilings, windows. Looking for prompt action.
