Interior fireplace to plaster

I have an existing fireplace that had two voids in it (for a speaker and TV) that we have removed and had our builders fill. We are now looking for a plasterer to come and plaster over this to match the existing plaster of the fireplace before our painter can paint it. The existing finish has a rough grain to it (see photos). Ideally I need this work done urgently as I have a painter booked for Wednesday the 1st March, so would love someone to come by today, Monday or Tuesday next week.
