Plastering ceiling

I need the ceiling plastered and (preferably) sanded in 3 rooms in my house. The existing ceiling is more like a particle board than gib and has batons running down the joins. I will remove the batons and fill the gaps initially, but need someone to create a smooth finish all across the ceiling. First room is 3x3.5m, second is 3x3m and third is 2x2m (all approx).
