Water damaged plasterboard

Had a leak in the roof come through to our plasterboard ceiling after it had been pooling. Total area of the board is about 2.5m by 6m and probably all needs to be replaced. Hole is about 20cm big. Also need to check if any of the frame above needs treating or replacement due to exposure to water along with the insulation batts and wiring for two lights.
