The contractor did not complete the job as was expected but I agreed the work required may have not been completely clear. The work that was completed was of a low standard. After requesting the contractor return and redo the plastering they did not respond. I did only end up paying for the gib to be installed so hired another builder to redo the substandard work and complete the job. Did not turn up until the evening and worked until late inconveniencing my tenant who has a baby.
