Post window renovation gib fixes needed

After having some window frame boards replaced, in 2 upstairs windows, I need to remediate the gib (in short the windows were cut out so the gib doesn't meet the window frames any more. Also, the master bedroom ceiling has some mould and I want the textured ceiling (house built in 1992) to be removed and a new ceiling put up . Not over laid. I've had roofing recently fixed, this should be the last step. Size approx 3.5 x 3.5
