Removing gib to look at the framing

Job image

Job description

Plasterboard Repair
Wellington

We are wanting to have a look at the framing of a wall that has had a historic leak. There are three areas along the wall where the inspector has recommended removing the gib so he can look at the framing - two areas around and beneath beams, and one beside a window. (One of the beam areas is not visible, but as indicated it is a mirror of the other). We are on a bit of a tight deadline. This is in relation to a purchase, where the vendor has said they are fine so long as we make good at the end. So we are keen to move quickly on this! The second part is fixing it back up - perhaps not immediately if the framing needs any repairs first. Keen to get quotes and when you could start.
