Under stairs alcove
Job description
I have recently removed a wall that enclosed under the stairs. What remains needs plaster boarding and plastering. House is around 13 years old, so modern construction. gib frames already in place. The total area is around 10 - 12m2, although this has some plasterboard already in place (although may need removing / replacing In the attached plan, the walls in red were removed and the walls in green need replastering (Note the hot water tank has already been removed).

Workmanship exactly as requested. cost was within our budget. Schedule was brought forward due to availabilty, which was good. all communications made through buidlers crack and through mobile. Eventually left them a key to deliver work unsupervised.
