Plasterboard in bathroom repair

I cut two holes approximately 500m x400m each in the plasterboard in my bathroom below and under the sink, and next to toilet. This was done to air out and get rid of dampness and mould inside the wall. I now want the holes repaired back to normal. There are a number of plumbing fittings that make the job too complicated for me to do myself.
