Replacement of 3 walls and moisture protection work

Replacement of 3 walls: between the garage, rumpus room and the subfloor/bank area. We are looking for a builder to replace at least 3 walls, on the first floor of our house. 2 interior walls and 1 exterior wall which has tested negative for asbestos. The bank behind/underneath will need a plastic sheet and other moisture leak protection work.
