Cut inspection hatch and make removable cover for kitchen wall

Hi, we have an apartment building that we are getting a leakage inspection completed on. We need access to one of the walls. It's an old hardwood wall so we are after someone to carefully cut an access hole without damaging the pumbing behind, then make a neat cover (eg mdf or similar) so we can easily remove it to monitor leaks going forward.
