A section of plasterboard needs replacing and replastering after getting damp and mouldy from a leak (the leak has since been sorted). We're happy for as much of the wall as needed to be taken off, and finished so it is ready for painting. There are also some small holes that need fixing in the lounge room wall and ceiling, leftover from a light installation.
