Refix Plasterboard

One of the plasterboard's on the exterior wall has partially come off the wall - due to recent strong wind. There's a small hole that can be seen on the inside of it, i.e. when seen through the access to ceiling. Need this to be fixed so that it doesn't totally come off and expose the roof space and insulation to wind and rain.
