Repair of bathroom- moulding holes in wall

Our shower isn't watertight and the walls at the bottom are rotting away. There's black mould under the paint on one side and black and green mould eating into the wall on the other. The room smells foul (we may also have plumbing issues qnd are worried the mould is inside the walls too) and we are looking to get a quote to give to our landlord for repairs. It would be ideal to identify why it's rotting, reseal the shower, remove the mould and repair the walls. We'd like it done asap, since it's in our ensuite and coming into winter. At this stage we're looking for a quote and a professional reccomendation to take to our landlord for approval.
