Ceiling Gib & Plaster

We want to replace our ceiling in our bedroom and we're looking for someone to install the new gib. We will remove the scotia and the current ceiling tiles so it's ready for install. We're after someone to install the gib and do the gibstopping. We'll then do the finishing (painting and installing new scotia). The room is 4.2m x 3.6m. There are two things in the ceiling to work around, one light fitting and one ventilation outlet. Have attached photos of the current ceiling that needs replacing.
