Basically had to cut a couple of sections away to find leak. Leak is sussed but need the wall fixed professionally. Need to get the work done in the next three weeks (NLT 24th Nov). It is a small section but the wall design is a bit weird so will require a large piece of gib cut into 2 or 3 sections to fit wall shape.
