Job description
Bedroom about 4m x 5m, in a 1960s house Need; - Walls: New insulation and plasterboard, supply, installed and stopped - One wall is exterior, will need council consent managed for new insulation. - Wardrobe: current wardrobe opening to be expanded from a single door to a double door - Ceiling: New plasterboard. Supply, installed and stopped. Existing insulation. - Trim: New trim - Removal of existing plasterboard waste (existing rimu trim to be retained by owner)
