Job description
Exterior wall panel has hole damaged and needs to be fixed/ replaced. I rent this flat so cost for repairs is a concern. This is the third posting of this job and I apologize to those who responded but I did not respond in a prompt manner. Steve did a wonderful job in fixing the damage made to the wall. The job was on an exterior wall, steve responded to my call for help promptly, provided an assessment, quote and ETC. He was onto the job the next day and because the job was weather dependent, it did take longer to complete as scheduled. A very pleasant man to deal with.
