Looking for a Gib stopper for skim coat

Looking for a Gib stopper in Palmerston area, to skim coat 4 rooms. It will be ongoing job, we are the new owners of this rest home , as we will be doing up our whole rest home, which has total 25 rooms, 3 big lounge, 2 dining area and one sun room + around 10 toilet and bathroom. For now we are working on phase one, which needs 4 rooms skim coat
