Replace plasterboard in small room, plastering, and painting

I have a small basement room which had flood damage earlier this year. Had to rip out gib with mould to half way up the wall, and let the block wall dry out. I've since painted the block wall with epoxy to limit water incursion in future. We need aqualine gib installed, skirting reattached, plastering, and the room painted. Work will be covered by insurance.
