Gib stopping and replace rotten eaves

I need someone who can repair some holes in my garage wall as shown in the pictures. Would also like the same person to replace the eaves of my garage that are rotten due to my drain flooding last year. Would need to work around the sensor lights that are currently installed as shown in pictures.
