Plasterboard repair work in home studio
Job description
I'm working on repairing/refreshing a detached studio on our property. There's a fair amount of plasterboard tidying that needs to happen and I'm looking for a person who can come in and repair the holes and skim, ready for painting. The studio is ~30m2 with half of the walls plastered, the other half ply. Mostly the walls are in good condition and don't need to be touched. Around the edges they're a bit rough where old skirtings and fittings have been taken off. Approximate job is (numbers relate to photos): 1. Repairing two decommissioned light switch holes. 2. Repairing a larger hole where old plumbing came through 3. Plastering over holes from old light fittings (one in ceiling, couple on wall) 4. Repairing 2m long section of ceiling peak 5. Repairing ~10m length along the bottom of the wall where previous skirting has been removed. 6. General skimming where required to be ready for painting.
