Gib Stop / skim walls, Install cove.

Stop / Skim previously wallpapered walls, and fix 90mm Gib cove to paint finish (We will supply cove).There is also a small area around the new manhole and I would like to have the ceiling looked at. Approximately 50 square metres. All wallpaper and original cornice removed, walls show a couple signs of previous repairs, some small ares have new Gib Board. The job includes a small stairwell, the skirtings and architraves are still fixed. The stud is 2.7m high.
