4 walls spots in need of repair

2 spots with dampness but no mold, 1 with black mold and 1 small wall damage by the outside door of the shower. In need of finding what causes these, fix it and then repair the wall damage. The roof has been checked and potential problems fixed. Windows need checking along outside walls and anything else that might cause this to happen. The walls are plastered on brick except the bathroom one spot that is different. The wall problem with black mold in the laundry area by the back door is a wall shared with next door neighbor where their laundry is. Long time ago I tried to fix one spot myself, dug into the wall , let it dry and plastered it. Lasted 4 years and the problem has now come back. Hopefully this info helps. Cheers
