Plasterboard repair

Two repair jobs within house. Large kitchen dining room with high ceiling. Above the fire place along the joins the plaster has cracked and needs to be repaired. Second job is at bottom of stairs, on both sides of the wall. Plaster has split and needs to be repaired before it can be painted. Timeframe for job would be asap. Possible additional work when both bathrooms are renovated.
