The ceiling around my fire flume is sagging from where the roof was fixed and the flume fell down on to the roof side of the ceiling and caused it to cave in a bit. The sagging is increasing and has insulation on top of it. Depending on the cost, I'd either just have the ceiling plates that are sagging fixed, or the full living area redone in plasterboard or similar. Whatever is cheap and stable.
