re-gib 10m2 bedroom, replacing skirting boards and install insulation

We tested the paint in our spare bedroom and found there was lead paint on the skirting boards and walls. We now want to remove the plaster board and skirting boards, install insulation and re-gib the walls. This would also include gibstopping and adding new skirting boards plus coving. We have new carpets coming in on Tuesday the 14th so hoping we could get this done on or before then. We would also like to see behind the walls if there is any mould or indications of leaks or rising damp.
