Partly replace plasterboard.

To replace plasterboard in bedroom - two walls - with Noiseline Gib (as with existing gib). Area approx 17.13 m2. Skirting board to be replaced as well - approx 3.50 m in length. We would be looking at gib stopping as well, plus other areas in room need repair to gib.
