media room and hallway extension

We are presently undertaking a house extension consisting of a media room of approx 40m2 (approx 5.0M * 7.3M) and an attached hallway ( 1M * 5M) / small guest bathroom area (1.2M * 1.5M). Stud height is 3M in media room and approx 2.4M elsewhere. Require pricing for supply and fixing of 10mm gib to these areas. Expect work to commence in approx 7-8 weeks pending brick manufacture and laying. Plastering by others
