Replacing towel rails and fixing jib #2

Present towel rails were not fixed to the back of the jib properly and have come off the wall leaving holes in the jib. Require someone to refix towel rails to bathroom wall and fix the jib board. Two towel rails in total, be an easy job for a general handyman.
