Ceiling gib fix

Gib supply, fixing and stopping required for garage ceiling areas to new house so that garage doors can be installed. This work is required to be done prior to the start of further internal work, as the garage is subject to wind driven rain. Garage area 1 is 5.9 x 6.0m with an alcove of 2.4 x 1.0 m Garage area 2 is 4.0 x 7.2 m Timber battens are at 400mm largest sheet size possible to avoid butt joints ie 6.0 m sheets is preferred. Level 4 finish minimum for stopping. Job is in Woodhill, Rodney and job is available to start immediately. If the successful contractor carries out this work satisfactorily, then they will have first option on the balance of gib fixing for the remainder of the house (300m2) when ready.
